The Monroe Township Mother's Club is a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization, which began over four decades ago in the home of a founding member.  The purpose of the club was, and still is, to provide for the children of Monroe Township and the surrounding areas.  

We provide for all children by donating our time, individual talents and pride to sponsor and run such events as the Egg Hunt/Bonnet & Top Hat contest, Coloring Contests, Baseball, Softball, Halloween Parade, Community Holiday Celebration, College Scholarships, Girl Scout Troops and more.  We also donate to our Fire and First Aid Departments, and help those children and families with special needs.

We fund our projects by sponsoring the Monroe Township Country Fair.  Much is also achieved through generous donations.

Our boundaries have been unlimited, however we could always use extra helping hands.  With increasing growth to our community, we are always in need of new members who are willing and able to donate their time, energy, ideas and love in maintaining and increasing the good of our club for the children of our area.

Being a member of The Monroe Township Mother's Club is a lot of loving, hard work.  But there is a lot of fun involved too.  We have a holiday celebration in December for our members-and there is a "Member of The Year" when we recognize outstanding effort, we go out to a great dinner every June, we exchange gifts amongst each other, and we get to go out every second Thursday of the month (except for July and August) to discuss club business, talk with our friends, and have a piece of cake and coffee too!  Does this sound like something you'd like to do?  If so, please join us, the only requirement is that you care.
